Clinical Rotation dealing with
acute adult population with wide range of diagnoses. Responsibilities included
planning, implementation and documentation of individualized hospital based treatment sessions, caregiver training sessions
as well as being involved in the referral process for continuum of care. Additional
responsibilities included collaboration with other health professionals such as physical therapists, speech therapists, social
workers, nurses and doctors and attendance and participation in grand rounds meetings.
Some final responsibilities included a case study presentation and a final educational in-service on a topic of my

Rotation in outpatient setting dealing with a pediatric population with a wide variety of disgnoses. Responsibilities included being involved in individual clinic based treatments, a group early intervention
program known as “Infant Specialized Play Program” as well as school based OT.
Responsibilities in these three areas included planning of treatment sessions, implementation, documentation and interaction
and feedback to parents regarding progress of children. Additional responsibilities
included collaboration with physical therapists, teachers, and aides as well as administration of 6 pediatric assessments,
preparation of 5 OT reports, including evaluation report and progress reports, a case presentation and development of an adaptive
piece of equipment for a child on my caseload. Final caseload consisted of 25
intervention hours a week.
